About Us

In the beginning
Soil Health
The story of a beautiful wine begins with the health of the soil. Airoso Wine is rooted in regenerative farming practices, in the Paso Robles region of California’s Central Coast, where a passion for winemaking meets our unique approach to agricultural stewardship. Fermented with wild yeast, our wines reveal an elegantly bold, fruit-forward character, crafted in a true expression of terroir.
Complex
Clean
In the cellar, we continue our commitment to clean practices through a minimal, Bordeaux-inspired approach. By limiting inputs and avoiding unnecessary additions, we allow the wine to develop naturally. We embrace a “triple zero” philosophy—no added sugars, no commercial yeasts, and no added sulfites—resulting in wines that are clean, balanced, and true to their origin.

OUR COMMITMENT
The Why
For Julie Airoso, this work is deeply personal. As an
agronomist, winemaker, and
restaurant owner, she is guided by a belief that healthy soil, honest food, and thoughtfully made wine are inseparable. Rooted in family and faith, her commitment is simple:
to nourish well, to live fully, and to leave the land better than she found it.
